I told a million answers to their biting questions to silence them.

The mists grew heavy. When I stretched my arm out I could not see past my hand, but it did not matter. When I closed my eyes my feet moved along with the rhythm of the mountain and its soils. Faster and faster I could almost feel myself fly.

A foreigner stopped me on my rise toward the mountaintop. He had one eye and loose skin that folded around his body like paper cloth. Laid before him was a set of coloured tablets and sticks. "Stay for a game," he said to me. "After you win your game with me I'll let you go on your way."

When he placed his hand upon me he let out a great cry and then vanished into the earth.

Without hesitance I lifted my skirt legs, began to dance in father's leather bottomed shoes. The soles breezed across the ground, cutting the mist with rhythmic motions. I then turned the ring on my finger and watched my father rise, soil shedding from his skin. His shaved face and clean hands stood against the paling crowd. This impressed the people who stood before me, as did the fact that my tongue did not bleed from the needle it held.

"My daughter!" Mother cried out to me, tears of gratitude streaming from her eyes. ''You are home at last''.

On this night of taking,
she weeps.

It is a night of ethereal pain,

a song of sorrow.
Wolves vent their howls.

The Thirsting One awakens.

Curling wisps of death

shroud her gaunt form,
a timeless dread.

His raven hair cascades over
fragile milk-white shoulders,

and her full scarlet lips part slightly,

to taste the blood streaming

from the pale flesh beneath him.

The night falls in a heavy,

suffocating cloak,

so stricken are we.
the understanding for which we pine
flares once, then dies

crushed by the abyss.

All hope must surely perish,

as passions throb no more.
How could you cause such hurt?

Lost souls surround us, crying,
we have lost our way.

Slender beams of light enter

the darkened chamber as she kneesl,
always a slave, always forlorn,
frozen here, waiting.

Robed forms wrought

in panes of glass loom

as dust dances in the air,
forming an image in her mind,
penetrating her shamed flesh.

With sheer terror on humanity's face.

she raises her head, now crying out for
this callous reality.

Around, all around,

the sinister creatures gather.
Her dread grows as the

Dark One's touch,

falls against her head.

It smites her,

and darkly her blood drips
to the broken ground.
In unholy terror she flails madly
while the Reaper hovers close.

Now alone,

her cry of mercy falls upon cold eyes.

This is Hell.

What has she wrought?

A fog of chaos,

as perceptions diminish.

Once she savoured innocence
wide-eyed and untainted,
but her desire soured.

A vengeful throng of bitterness
as tears follow death, follow pain,
and love condemned.

In a torrent of righteousness, she cries...

Soar, wake.
With sharp seas
Command, arise.
With ill hands jump, swim.
Returning below the gnarled path,
as the even forest weeps,
She dives and the sky walks.
She is swimming in her own despair
wrenching, splattering.
Black roses are strewn on her path.
While she dreams on, the wicked night,
the blade slices into her deeply.
There is no life for her now, only death.
Could she find a lonelier place to be?
Uncaring, she is fallen,
and will never rise.
From her heart, endless loneliness.

Refrain: Oh! But the emptiness, yet.

verse 2

All poison,
beneath the tomb, they extort.
Splintering tentacles,
around trees, take cover!
The sin keeps on coming
evil and bright, over the gods.
She dusts glistening wraiths
around the dream.
Atone! The King shall free all from sin.
Beyond the dream-scape
He battles big noses in the land
Awake! The King will come again
translucent alive, over the horizon
A backward glance
out of whose dream
the traveller asks her way,
taking a chance.

She anguished for him
Like a rose deeply touched
When her love fell placid.
A cold fantasy, swept in pretty.
A desire rumbled boldly forth
giving her a sudden jolt.
The spiritless stem agonised
for the fragile girl within.
I cried for her too,
For the placidity that engulfed her.
It gave her a soft fire.
A sweet passion, whisperered in her.
The desire stayed placid,
until a deeper fantasy cried out.
Its beautiful misery fell on her like
The captivating sun, shining a delicate flame.

She stands on the edge of space
each portion made of dust.
The wide flat dusty road and
jungles bounded on all sides.
Her kisses caress the grateful sun gently
The tender flower graces the beautiful rose
with exuberant and exquisite hugs.
She chases her own tail -
truths, scratched from the dirt.
forest deer, culled by the road
listen, quiet and still.
Motion, wheeling up high,
trapped in the constellation.

Green, waiting dry grasses,
and neon road bars.
That maybe something,
in the quality of light,
the debris of modernity.
Time claims its victory now.
Each dawn, the broken calls.
Flower petals, diffuse fog,
winged seeds, leaves.
Glory birds, golden and orange,
Scraps of blue paper.
Suburban jets of gas aflame,
Drying paint on native skin,
trapped, in the constellation.

A child cries out from the jungle.
Black fingers and arms
shrouding, shaking
Around, all around....
The shadows gather.
Her dread grows, as doom's scythe
falls against her skin.
It smites her,

Alone now, her fervent plea
falls upon uncaring ears,

Title: 'Can JOY Still Be Experienced In Our World?'

I do believe there is an oppressive and malevolent entity lurking in the shadows of this world, and holding humanity hostage. I choose to call this force and its workers of iniquity by the biblical name of 'Satan - the anti-Christ'. That malevolent force is the direct cause of all the suffering, turmoil, confusion and fear we see happening in the world today. That includes the high levels of stress under which so much of humankind is operating today.

The human race in my view is really quite undeserving of all the needless and merciless abuse that is being heaped on the race at this time. The Human being was actually created out of Love and joy, in order to experience love and joy, not suffering and stress; certainly not at the levels we see operating today. It is correct to say that humans have been somewhat complacent in their own enslavement, yet that is because the process has been systematic, relentless, persistent, and superbly deviously orchestrated, by this malevolent entity. Part of the problem is mankind's innocence in comprehending the depth of evil and de-gradation to which this malevolent entity is capable of falling. The anti-Christ is opposed to all love, all joy, all happiness, all freedom, all prosperity, all health, all community, of sentient beings. It is spiritually diseased entity excellent at pretence, but without the faculty of compassion, that is the fundamental basis for community. It is this lack of Compassion and inability to empathise, that permits it to plan, and implement such acts of atrocity against sentient beings without feeling and sense of conscience or repentance. How would a Being, which once was a being of Light get so low, one might ask? This is a question to be answered at another time, because right now there is a more pressing question to address.

Is it possible, under such oppression to still be able to maintain a decent and constant level of inner and outer JOY, and if so why and how?

We can start by reminding ourselves of one very important truth. Each individual human soul is made of Joy. Joy, peace, love, abundance, life...that's what basic soul nature consists of. It is what directs you to care for yourself, your family, and other loved ones. You are Joy, even though much of that joy may be hidden or covered with layers of stressful and unhelpful conditioning. Conditioning that includes a combination of Lies, contradictions, false assumptions and beliefs, prejudices, invalidations, and a considerable amount of brute force and pressure. When these mis-owned nasties are cleared away, what is left is pure joy.

How does that make you feel, knowing that at your essence you are pure joy unlimited? Pretty good feeling isn't it. So in answer to our question, the best ways to maintain our constant level of Joy are:-
a) to remember and remind ourselves that Joy is essentially who we are at our core.
b) to keep re-affirming that cognition.
c) to let go of anything that reduces, or undermines our joy in any way, bearing in mind that, some things may appear in the short term to add to our joy, but at a heavy price in the long term. I go into this in more detail later.
d) We also need to acquire and employ some discernment and wisdom in determining what increases our experience of Joy and what diminishes it.
e) We need to remind ourselves, that joy is not merely our goal, or our destination, but a state of being.

By that I mean that to have joy, as our objective, we need to do joyous things, by engaging in joyful activities, and to be the joy that is our essence. It is not so much that we are attaining joy, but more that we are allowing our joy (which is our natural state of being), to be expressed through us in the world, rather than resisting it.
This is a very important point. Because if you are not experiencing joy right now, know that you are not experiencing the real YOU.

I mentioned earlier that discernment and wisdom were important factors in determining what activities increase our joy. In a confusing world system such as the one we find ourselves in, the joy factors might not be so obvious. For example, a lot of people think that they can get great joy from alcohol consumption, (which may in the short run be the case in some instances), but at what price? What are the long-term effects of consuming large and regular amounts of alcohol? Physical illness, Addiction, memory loss, broken relationships, to name a few. These are definitely not Joyful conditions are they?

So how do we get discernment and wisdom?
We get them from The Spirit of God directly, and also through His inspired writings and sacred texts. The Scriptures of the Holy Bible have a lot to tell us about Joy. Check out Romans 14:17:
¹⁷God's kingdom does not consist of what a person eats or drinks. Rather, God's kingdom consists of God's approval and peace, as well as the joy that the Holy Spirit gives.

Jesus Christ came that our joy might be full. Joy means an inner gladness; a deep-seated pleasure. It is a depth of assurance and confidence that ignites a cheerful heart. It is a cheerful heart that leads to cheerful behaviour. Several things need to be said about the believer's joy.

a. Joy is divine. It is possessed and given only by God. Its roots are not in earthly or material things or cheap triumphs. It is the joy of the Holy Spirit, a joy based in the Lord. It is His very own joy. Christ has one great purpose for believers—the completion of their joy.

See:Galatians 5:22^:But the spiritual nature produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.

b. Joy does not depend on circumstances or happiness. Happiness depends upon happenings, but the joy that God implants in the believer's heart overrides all, even the matters of life and death.

See: Psalms 5:11^_But let all who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them sing with joy forever. Protect them, and let those who love your name triumph in you. Also See: 2 Cor. 6:10; 2 Cor. 7:4).

c. Joy springs from faith

See: Romans 15:13^_May God, the source of hope, fill you with joy and peace through your faith in him. Then you will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Also See: Phil. 1:25; 2 Tim. 1:4; Matthew 2:10).

d. Joy of future reward, makes and keeps one faithful.

(Matthew 25:21, 23; Acts 20:24;

See:Hebrews 12:2-We must focus on Jesus, the source and goal of our faith. He saw the joy ahead of him, so he endured death on the cross and ignored the disgrace it brought him. Then he received the highest position in heaven, the one next to the throne of God.

The source of the believer's joy is several fold.

1.Our fellowship with the Father and His Son brings joy.

See:1 John 1:3--This is the life we have seen and heard. We are reporting about it to you also so that you, too, can have a relationship with us. Our relationship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.

2.Victory over sin, death, and hell brings joy. See:(John 14:28; Also See: John 16:20-I can guarantee this truth: You will cry because you are sad, but the world will be happy. You will feel pain, but your pain will turn to happiness.

3. Repentance brings joy. (Luke 15:7,) and See:Luke 15:10 ^_''So I can guarantee that God's angels are happy about one person who turns to God and changes the way he thinks and acts.”

4.The hope of glory brings joy. See(Romans 14:17) also Hebrews 12:2--We must focus on Jesus, the source and goal of our faith. He saw the joy ahead of him, so he endured death on the cross and ignored the disgrace it brought him. Then he received the highest position in heaven, the one next to the throne of God.

See: 1 Peter 4:13-14 --but be happy as you share Christ's sufferings. Then you will also be full of joy when he appears again in his glory.
¹⁴If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed because the Spirit of glory—the Spirit of God—is resting on you.

5.The Lord's Word—the revelations, commandments, and promises that He made—brings joy. See:(John 15:11).

6. The commandments of Christ and the will of God bring joy. Obeying and doing a good job stirs joy within the believer's heart. See: (John 15:11, John 17:13; Acts 13:52).

7. Prayer brings joy.
See: John 16:23-24 --When that day comes, you won't ask me any more questions. I can guarantee this truth: If you ask the Father for anything in my name, he will give it to you. ²⁴So far you haven't asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive so that you can be completely happy.

8. The presence and fellowship of believers brings joy (1 John1:3-4).

9. Converts bring joy See:(Luke 15:5; 1 Thes. 2:19-20). and also See:Philippians 4:1 --So, brothers and sisters, I love you and miss you. You are my joy and my crown. Therefore, dear friends, keep your relationship with the Lord firm!

10. Hearing that others walk in the truth brings joy
See:3 John 1:4--Nothing makes me happier than to hear that my children are living according to the truth.

11. Giving brings joy (2 Cor. 8:2; Hebrews 10:34).

In what ways does joy affect how you live? Are you as joyful as you should be? If not, why not?

Where do you think the world tries to find joy? Why is the world's joy powerless and ineffective?

*A Prayer For Humanity's Joy and Salvation*

Father and Mother God, in the name of Jesus, I make a joyful noise to the Lord, and serve You with gladness! I come before You with singing! I know that You are God!
It is written in Your Word that Jesus came to seek and save the lost. You wish all people to be saved and to know Your divine truth. Therefore, Father, I bring all of humanity before You this day.
Thank You for calling me to be Your agent of intercession for all human beings. By the grace of God I will build up the wall and stand in the gap before You for humanity, that all might be spared from eternal destruction.
Father and Mother God, thank You for salvation. I acknowledge Jesus as the Lamb of God, Who takes away humanity’s sins, and the Holy Spirit, Who convicts and convinces all human beings of sin, righteousness and judgement. Your kindness leads humanity to repent (to change our mind and inner man to accept Your will). You are the One Who delivers humanity and draws us to Yourself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and transfers all human-kind into the Kingdom of the Son of Your love.
Father, I pray that all human beings will hear the truth from someone standing in Your presence. The Good News was hidden from humanity. Satan, the controller of this world, made humanity blind, and we were unable to see the glorious light of the gospel. Now, I ask You, Lord of the harvest, to thrust the perfect labourer into humankind’s path to share Your gospel in a special way so that all will listen and understand it. As Your labourer ministers to all of humankind, I believe that we will come to all our senses—come out of the snare of the devil who has held humanity captive—and make Jesus the Lord of all human life.
Having prayed all that I know to pray, I submit to the Spirit, Who also helps me in my present limitations. I do not always know how to pray worthily, but Your Spirit within me is actually praying for me in those agonizing longings which cannot find words. Having done all to stand, I stand on Your Word, and Father, I shall praise You and thank You for humanity’s salvation. I commit this matter into Your hands, and with my faith I see all of human-kind saved and filled with Your Spirit, with a full and clear knowledge of Your Word.

For the current Hostilities In Libya, for the suffering of the Libyan people, I ask for your Grace, please forgive us humans, we are sorry, and we love you.

'Invicible' - Poetry by Rev.Bola

Introductory Notes
For the last 2 years, I have been experiencing a persistent and ongoing challenge with my local authority's refuse collection department. I have done everything I was asked to do to solve the situation. I provided all the appropriate paperwork, contacted all the relevant people, and ensured things were done by the book, from my end. I believe I have exhibited a great deal of patience. 2 years is a long time to be solving such a minor matter. Yet, for the last few months, almost every week I have had to phone,write or email the department concerning a persistent 'error of omission' regularly committed by the refuse collection crew.

Every time I do this, I get (1)an excuse (2) an apology and (3) a promise that things will be corrected and better next time. then, only to find the 'error' repeated the following week. I have even taken the request to the highest level of management, yet it still persists. So I began to wonder, whether this 'error' was infact quite deliberate. My mind began to run through memories of previous experiences I have had with public authorities and other institutions set up to serve the general public. Most are really quite supportive and offer great service to the public. However there have been these few niggling instances, of persistent difficulties running on longer than appropriate, hinting at being deliberate.... I suspect possibly even prejudicial. I am often very cautious with labeling people's actions negatively, as I am naturally inclined to give the benefit of the doubt, but I do sniff a whiff of racism, underneath some of these 'persisting errors'.

It's led me to write this poem called 'Invisible', so something good has come out of it for me. I might even send this poem to the manager of that department:-) Here it is.

Am I invisible to you

Or is there really someone here?
Are you programmed to ignore me
Or are you programmed not to care?
How come you cannot see me
Even though I'm bright as day
I stand here right before you
My heart and mind so clear
So why do you despise me
Why can't you just play fair?
I'm not here to cause you trouble
Or to be your enemy
I just want to have a life
That 's kind and just and free.
We all walk the same warm earth
We breathe the same fresh air
We drink the same cool water and
We all want are honest share.
Its not right for you to judge me
The life of someone you've unknown
Whilst you never take the trouble
To check information you've been shown

Its now time to let the sadness
And the ignorance be gone
To embrace the truth

That you and I are one

Introduction

This is the beginning of a series of Lessons I am now introducing, that is based on my study of our Celebrity culture in general, and our mass media in particular. There is no doubt in my mind, that the Media plays a powerful part in influencing our beliefs and attitudes to life and situations.

Through the media we are given access to the kind of people, ideas, trends, fashion and leaders of industry, that we are encouraged to admire. We receive from our media, daily images of proposed role models whom we are urged to imitate, and characters we are required to emulate. We are given regular doses of the lives of such famous people, what they do, how much they earn, what they wear, where they live, what they eat, how much they weigh, how they spend money, what exercises they do, how they handle their relationships, their marriages, and their charity work and cultural beliefs. We are bombarded with images of 'the perfect physical body', 'the perfect couple', 'the perfect mum', 'the perfect family man', 'the perfect diet', 'the perfect outfit', 'the perfect hairstyle' and so on..

For those who don't know what Celebville means, its referring to the entire celebrity universe. 'Celebrity' is described in the English dictionary as:-
the state or quality of being widely honoured and acclaimed.

A 'celebrity' is described as:-
a person of considerable prominence, a widely known person, a famous person or a person of notoriety.

For the purposes of this discussion, I want to take a closer look at the word notoriety:

'notoriety' is described as the state of being known for some unfavourable act or quality.

As I walk past the magazine racks at my local supermarket, I am confronted with images of celebrities, many of them with headlines varying from the mildly shocking to the downright scandalous, and I become very quickly aware of the not so subtle demarcation between popularity and notoriety, especially where fame and celebrity are concerned. In fact the line is so flimsy, you could so easily miss it; and perhaps that is the intention, that there shouldn't be any difference, because the difference no longer really matter.

I find this very curious, because for whom does the difference between, fame, popularity and notoriety not matter? Jesus Christ is world famous and widely known, so is Adolf Hitler, but for clearly different reasons.In this example are we to then conclude that the difference between fame and notoriety does not matter? I we to emulate Hitler simply because he had a magnetic personality and was well known? Many people in his time obviously did, or he could not have risen to so much prominence.

I still remember a time in my youth when role models and people of prominence were people we looked up to because of their moral and ethical example, because of their exceptional beauty, attribute or distinguishable quality of spirit in some area. Perhaps they had a special gift for music, literature, art, performing, comedy, dance, and entertainment that reminded you of heaven. Perhaps they had exceptional knowledge and skill regarding taking care of the physical body, the mind and the emotions, perhaps they had an exceptional eye for design, fashion, architecture, or perhaps they made a scientific contribution that could affect millions of lives in a positive way; whatever the attribute of their fame, it was generally down to something unique, divine, heavenly, wholesome, and beneficial to the greater good of all. Therein lies the important difference for me.

'Celebrity' is taken from the word 'Celebrate' which means : to extol or praise and make widely known, to respect and rejoice in. It follows, that the subject of the fame or celebrity etc that I aspire to emulate, should exude a quality or attribute that is divinely wholesome, harmonious and beneficial to the greater good. In short, it should remind me of Godliness. Anything less does not deserve the attribute of world recognition and critical acclaim, or celebrity status.

Now having cleared up the difference between genuine fame and notoriety, what then are the life lessons to be learnt from our current celebrity culture as we know it today?

Sometimes when people visit my home, they are surprised by the number of OK and Hello magazines they see lying around, I love reading about celebrity life and generally read any magazines I can get my hands on like the National Enquirer, New, Closer, Grazier and so on. I check the features and the fashion pages and I have my own set of favourite celebrities whose lives I follow. Some would say this was an unusual characteristic, and rather out of character for a Church minister, or spiritual mentor such as myself to be reading the gossip magazines. But is it? Let's take a closer look.

I know for example that many of the people who look to me for Spiritual Coaching and counselling have aspirations to be like their favourite stars or celebrities. They want to be just as successful, or as beautiful, or as talented, or as rich, or as esteemed as these celebrities. And many are asking themselves questions like 'what is it that...(name of celebrity)...has that I don't have'? 'What is it that they do, that I don't do?', 'What is it that they know that I don't know, in short what is their secret formula?' Unfortunately the real answers to these questions are not in the tabloid magazines. What we get in the magazines can often be confusing and misleading in that on the one hand we receive images of stunning looking people, well groomed, living in multi-million pound homes, and experiencing the quality of material life that the other 90 percent of the population only dream of, while on the other hand exhibiting a severe inability to manage the very basic elements of life illustrated by turbulent or broken relationships, alcohol and drug related abuse, marriage breakdowns, sexual promiscuity, cheating scandals, obsession with plastic surgery, fad diets, body image problems, mental health problems, workaholism, deva behaviour and pridefulness, bitchiness and jealousy, distrust and backbiting, lack of privacy, paparazzi harassment, betrayal as in leaking and selling stories to the press, greed, family relationship problems, and relentless addiction to fame.

We are often left in two minds by the media, about our celebrities. In general we feel admiration for their wealth, accomplishments and popularity on the one hand, and yet on the other hand we feel dismay, let down, disappointment or even pity, for what seems like a relentless inability or unwillingness on the part of so many celebrities to get their own private lives in order. I can just hear you thoughts to your choice celebrity along the lines of '' Come on mate, you've got everything it takes to enjoy life, so just get your act together and be happy. Stop being such an ungrateful spoilt deva. Behave yourself, settle down, get married, do some charity work, and thank God for all your many blessings. Stop all the useless drug and alcohol abuse, the cheating scandals, the inappropriate relationships, and just be a REAL star that I can really look up to! I'm counting on you, so don't let me down, get it all right 100%''

But can our celebrities of choice really have it ALL together, though? And if not, then why not? What's the missing ingredient? Is there something else going on here, that all the career success, all the money, all the public adulation, all the molly cuddling and attention, all the awards, designer clothes and expensive jewellery simply cannot buy?

I will boldly put it another way. Why can't beautiful women like Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, Halle Berry, Kate Hudson, Penelope Cruz, Sharon Stone, have the kind of loving lasting relationships that they truly treasure and can deeply trust, with children included? Why can't powerful women like Oprah Winfrey, Kirstie Alley, Queen Latifah and Mariah Carey keep their body weight constant?

Then looking at male stars, why is it that attractive men like George Clooney, and Simon Cowell have difficulty committing themselves to marriage and children? And why can't gorgeous stars like Naomi Campbell and Russell Crowe stop losing their temper? What are celebrities like Nicole Ritchie, Paris Hilton, and Heidi Montag really famous for anyway and why do talented stars like Madonna, Lady Gaga, Britany Spears, Beyonce Knowles, Rhianna, feel the need to keep stretching the limits of provocative decency in their music videos? And I haven't even started yet on the cheating revelations of Tiger Woods, Mick Jagger, Jude Law, Jessie... (Sandra Bullock's husband). If these are indeed the lives of our celebrities, the people we are supposed to aspire to be like, then what is really missing here? What is the reality?

The answer I believe lies in Spiritual Awakening. Enlightenment brings understanding. A true celebrity is an enlightened one. the mark of a genuine celebrity is their ability to remind you of something far greater and more meaningful than the mundane, while still remaining rooted in the mundane. A true celebrity is one who reminds you of heaven, while keeping his or her feet on the ground here on earth. A true celebrity has the ability to bring some aspect of heaven down to earth, in such a ways as to impact millions of people in a positive way. A true role model is one that is spiritually attuned, spiritually awakened, and conscious of the Divine Nature.

Spiritual attunement is a gift of Grace. It is freely endowed by God, and is given to those who ask and seek it. Freely endowed means that it is not up for sale, and so can not be bought, because it has no price. You can't put a price on enlightenment, therefore you can neither buy nor sell it. You can merely ask for it, then humbly and graciously receive it thus. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the excellent example of a true celebrity, famous for all the right reasons. There are many well known names in the scriptures both male and female, that would be considered famous celebrities in today's world. they include Adam, Eve, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Jacob, Rebecca, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Saul, David, Joseph, Mary, Mary Magdalene, the apostles and disciples. Naturally My favourite celebrities are those who have made a direct contribution to the raising of ethical and moral consciousness on our planet, and have aroused us to greater love and respect for all life, and they are numerous. Just in the media and entertainment industry alone, here are some modern day celebrities that I have admired: Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith, Cliff Richards, Tracy Chapman, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lisa Kudrow, Steadman Graham, Jamie Oliver, Bob Marley, to name a few of them. In other areas of endeavour their are people like; Chinua Achebe, Wole Soyinka, President Nelson Mandela, Winnie Mandela, Mother Teresa, Bishop Desmond Tutu, Reverend Martin Luther King, and many many more, especially in the fields of religious and spiritual education, charity work, the arts, literature and music.

Conclusion:

Every single human being is important to God, no matter their status, background, upbringing, cultural heritage, economic, social or political status. That includes you, that includes me, and that includes every celebrity that has ever lived, and every non-celebrity that has ever lived.The plain fact is that God loves each one of us with an unlimited, unshakable, unconditional, everlasting Love beyond our fathomable understanding. God always has, and always will. This is good news for you, and good news for the celebrity. Aspiring to be celebrated, as a renowned and famous person of is an honourable, wonderful and exciting purpose when aligned with the Higher Divine Will. Only then do you have the opportunity of truly touching the lives of millions of others in a most profound and uplifting way. Divine success (backed by God) creates more success for all, Divine wealth (backed by God) creates even more wealth for everyone. It can only be wondrous and good for everyone to be blessed with an abundance of what they need, materially and spiritually. Pick our role models with wisdom, based on the divine qualities and attributes, and not on notoriety. Love yourself as you are now, wherever you may be. on the path of life. You too can be a role model right now, for those around you today.

To God most high, you are ....a most majestic creation. A beautiful, illuminating, light stream of pure, utter bliss and love. Remember that, always.

'A Way To Defeat An Evil Spirit'

If you are being troubled by an evil spirit, here is something powerful that you can do to help yourself

1. Fill a small bowl with some holy water.

You can get Holy Water, that has been blessed by a priest from any Catholic Church. Alternatively you can create holy water by adding 4 drops of the Bach Flower remedy of Holly, to a bowl of clear spring or mineral water. Bach Flower Remedy can be found at most health food retail stores. The Holly remedy, is known for imbuing the positive traits of unconditional love.

2. You can also add 9 drops of Holy Oil or anointing oil, which you can also obtain from your church vicar or pastor.

3. Light a purple or white candle to represent the Holy Spirit, and then read psalm 10, from the Holy Bible either quietly to yourself or out loud, with sincerity and reverence.

Here is an excerpt from Psalm 10:

v1. Why, O LORD, do you stand far off? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?

v2. In his arrogance the wicked man hunts down the weak, who are caught in the schemes he devises....

v10. His victims are crushed, they collapse; they fall under his strength....

v12. Arise, LORD! Lift up your hand, O God.
Do not forget the helpless....

v15. Break the arm of the wicked and evil man;
call him to account for his wickednes that would not be found out....

v17. You hear, O LORD, the desire of the afflicted; you encourage them, and you listen to their cry...

v18.... Defending the fatherless and the oppressed, in order that man, who is of the earth, may terrify no more.

4. Anoint your temples with the holy water, while asking God, directly in your own words,for the strength to overcome and defeat the evil spirit.

From all your evil shenanigans

Satan, is it correct
That you are also known as Belzebub,
Big brother, Lucifer,the fallen angel
and the Anti Christ?

May, God forgive
And Rehabilitate you, Satan?
May The Holy Spirit,

I thank you Holy Spirit for your love for me, and your awesome, unquenching love of mankind. Thank you for the natural harmony and intense beauty of our mother earth and all she provides for our sustenance. Thank you for the warmth of the sun, the coolness of the moon, and the quiet of the starry night.I thank you for fresh clean drinking water, and comfortable warm and peaceful home I live in. Holy Spirit if I were to record every single wonderful thing you have given me in my life, I would be here for ages! You have done so much for me. Thank you for raising my spirit during trying and difficult times. Especially when all those I looked on for support, rejected and turned their backs on me. May they all be forgiven for that Lord and may I too be forgiven for bending to pressure and neglecting to take the best care of myself. I thank you for standing by me through thick and thin, for your forgiveness of my worst sins, and my now improved self esteem.

Holy Spirit You are the greatest! Now and forevermore. Amen!

'Praying The Devil Out Of Hell'

A little while ago, I was having one of those days, when from the very moment I arose from bed, I felt that for me all was not in sync. Not much had been going according to plan, and I was getting quite irritated by the delays, hold ups, break downs and what I call 'unwanted developing traffic' that were manifesting in my attempts to complete my day's tasks.

I had, for many years been pondering on, why it is that such things happen in some people's lives in general, and why they were happening to me in particular that very day, was it fate, luck, destiny or 'karma'? Could it be just coincidence, or was there something deeper going on that was requiring my attention? I already had some answers formulating in my mind, from previous research and studies that I had done on my spiritual path. Suddenly, I started to recall some of what I had learned studying the teachings of 'The Secret', regarding the 'Law Of Attraction'. I decided now was an opportunity to practice what was recommended for such situations. I was to raise my vibrational tone to a higher, lighter level, so I could attract more successful outcomes for the day.I decided I needed a remedy, some emotional first aid I suppose. A large input of positive support and encouragement would benefit me. Having been aware for a while now, that thoughts create reality, it was time to think more positive thoughts about my day, backed with positive emotions, and to let go of the negative complaining voice in my mind. I recognized that some of my recovery would require my letting go of past mistakes, and allowing forgiveness of any errors, whether mine, or other people's. Yes forgiveness was the key.

I continued to search out for positive and affirming online messages to cheer up with. My eyes scanned the headlines of an article, concerning some very courageous Liberian women, who had coined and used the slogan'pray the devil out of hell' as their non-violent stand against the social and political justices they and their families had been subjected.

A documentary film had been produced, highlighting the determined and yet very peaceful work of these courageous women and their strategy for nonviolence in accomplishing their results amidst the political and social unrest in their country. This was very mature and very brave. The film, had received international critical acclaim, and included the slogan 'praying the devil out of hell'

Now, I have been blessed by God with a natural gift for poetry, and I have a tendency to notice any phrases, quotations, and slogans which stand out. This one just struck a chord of recognition in me. As I had already been pondering such an idea in my mind, without knowing quite how to word the sentiment. Yet, here they were. Suddenly, the exact words I'd been contemplating about, manifested before me in this brave article. Perfect I thought!What an awesome idea, to 'pray the devil out of hell.'

The significance of those words really hit me. First of all I had never seen or heard of any such idea discussed anywhere before. Not in all my years of religious and spiritual studies, not in any church service or ceremony had I heard of this....'praying the devil out of hell' idea. Could 'the Devil' really be prayed out of hell? Could 'the devil and his consorts' even be prayed for at all, or were they beyond redemption? Coming back to what I mentioned earlier about 'forgiveness'. Forgiveness is a major part of Christian teaching and practice. (PLease see)

Forgiveness is also taught in nearly all the orthodox religious systems as well as the more contemporary ones.
Genesis 50:17
'This is what you are to say to Joseph: I ask you to forgive your brothers the sins and the wrongs they committed in treating you so badly. Now please forgive the sins of the servants of the God of your father." When their message came to him, Joseph wept'.

Acts 13:38
"'Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.'

"'Blessed are they whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered'.

'And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven'.

'If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness'.

So we know, 'forgiveness' as an activity, is one very important part of the process of spiritual healing and recovery. Louise Hay, the popular reverend, motivational speaker and renowned publisher of motivational literature, talks in book 'You Can Heal Your Life' of getting completely healed of cancer, after processing forgiveness towards her parents, for the traumatic abuse she received during her childhood. As a spiritual coach, I have been graced with much opportunity to hear and address some very harrowing stories. Forgiveness has been the major theme that repeatedly surfaces in people's lives, to assist all my clients. Nearly all of them received a healing from emotional maladies, by the simple, yet powerful act of forgiveness. Letting go of past negative experiences, and all the accompanying emotional attachments, is the pivotal life saver of my own personal transformation. I have gained enormously from doing my own forgiveness work.

It is said, according to Christian teachings, that the devil, is the head of all negative, unwanted and demonic spheres of existence. He is a control freak, egotistical, and lusts to steal God's role and position as ruler over all the Universe, with all beings, everywhere bowing to the devil as the sole source. He is the sole originator of all sin and negativity in the world,a fallen angel called Lucifer, and the father of all lies. See:

'You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.'

Acts 10:38
'how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him'

It was the devil who initiated man's rebellion from God, in the Garden of Eden when he tempted Eve and Adam to both eat of the fruit that God had forbidden them to touch, thereby usurping their relationship with the Divine, and thus plunging both themselves and future generations, into a life of habitual guilt and sin,where man had lost his innocence. This situation continued for humanity until many generations later God, Yahweh, sent his son Jesus Christ of Nazareth, to earth to be born into a humble yet very spiritual family so as to save and deliver all of humanity

1 Thessalonians 5:9
'For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.'

The Scriptures tell us that God sent His son Jesus Christ to deliver all of humanity from this devil, (and his consorts eg demons etc)otherwise known as Satan, Lucifer and the Antichrist...meaning the nemesis, and arch-enemy to humanity, God and to his Son our Lord Jesus Christ,

Christ Jesus had the divine power and authority to caste out demons from people:

Mark 1:34
'and Jesus healed many who had various diseases. He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was.'

Christ Jesus was the ultimate teacher in the practice of Divine, unconditional deeply unwavering LOVE.

Let's take a look at what the bible had to say about LOVE.

1 Corinthians 13:1

'If I speak in the tongues[a] of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal'.

'Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love.'

John 21:15
[ Jesus Reinstates Peter ] 'When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon son of John, do you truly love me more than these?" "Yes, Lord," he said, "you know that I love you." Jesus said, "Feed my lambs."

Lets do a quick summary of what has been learned from the bible scriptures: that God created man in His own image called Adam, and then later woman called Eve. He placed them in the Garden of Eden which had every luxury they needed for sustenance and were innocently happy. God forbade them to eat of a certain fruit tree which had the knowledge of good and evil, but the devil entered the scene and tempted them until they gave in and ate it. When God found out, Adam and Eve became guilt ridden and ashamed. They lost their innocent and things were never the same for them or their offspring again, until centuries later when God through His compassion for humanity, sent Jesus Christ the totally innocent Messiah to redeem mankind. Jesus Christ gave up his life dying by crucifixion to save all those who believed in him.

Now, one might ask, what has all this got to do with the slogan 'Praying the devil out of hell'?

Well good question. As we further, also learn from the bible that;
All those who believe in Jesus Christ as their Messiah and are faithful to their dying day, will be born again and live all together in pure comfort, love and luxury, having all of our needs met freely with no charge, and complete unity with Jesus Christ and God in heaven, whilst all those who refused and continued to act according to the devil's will, would find themselves in the painful and torturous realm of hell, along with the Devil and his demons. So here is the thing; if God being all goodness and purity in unconditional love and forgiveness of our sins, so much so that, he created mankind in His likeness, and out of pure Forgiveness and Compassion sent His blessed and dearest Son Jesus Christ (who is also pure in love and forgiveness, so much so that He can cast out demons) to save humanity; could it be possible for that spirit of LOVE and FORGIVENESS also be extended to the devil and his demonic consorts?? No you did not misread that.Is it possible that as humanity prays and is prayed for and forgiven, that the devil, Satan, Lucifer or whatever other name he has, could also be prayed for and forgiven? In short could we even'pray our devil out of hell?

Before you write me this idea of as madness, let's consider the implications for a minute. It has been well noted that every human-being (except Christ)has fallen short of perfection and to some larger or smaller decree erred in their life in some way. That is everyone, from the penniless street begger, to top 100 people on the Forbes magazine celebrity list; yes all of us humans, from the most hardened prisoner waiting on death's row to be executed, to the most highly respected personalities of our time, including Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King, Oprah Winfrey, Tom Cruise, President Obama, Madonna, and the Queen have all erred in life at sometime or other too. No human-being is exempt from the tendency to make mistakes and to learn from them. Some very little mistakes as well as much larger issues. By acts of commission or omission if we are honest we have ALL erred at some point or other, and could all do with some forgiveness for something done to hurt another whether done openly or in secret. Yet we are taught in the scriptures that the ultimate source of all evil which includes sin, error, mistakes, illness, deceit, fighting, lack, idol worship, pain and suffering of any sort, is the devil, also known as Satan. So what if every human-being who has ever been affected or possibly 'infected', tempted and swayed by the devil's will, (this includes everyone, including you reader and including me), suddenly stopped for 5 minutes today, to pray earnestly and humbly to God (the loving Creator of the universe, the Loving Source of Life, and of all beings both visible and invisible), asking God, for complete forgiveness of the devil and all his rebellious actions, present, past and future against both God and humankind? What if billions of people were to start doing that together on the magnitude of 'Live Aid' and 'Band Aid'or gave as much attention to that prayer as to death of a favourite celebrity? What might happen? No more devil equals no more sin, and no more sin equals no more suffering? What if what starts with the devil, ends with the devil?
Could we pray for even the devil, so that even he the lowest of low, at the bottom of all evil, can be without any sort of negative influence or power over us?

Indeed I ask again,

Can we pray the devil out of hell?
