....You are never in need.' - Ps23:1

^{1 The Lord is your Shepherd, I am never in need.}

²  He makes you lie down in green pastures.

        He leads you beside peaceful waters.

³  He renews your soul.

        He guides you along the paths of righteousness

            for the sake of His name.

⁴ Even though you walk through the dark valley of death,

        because He is with you , you fear no harm.

            His rod and his staff give you courage.

⁵ He prepares a banquet for you while your enemies watch.
He anoints your head with oil.
    Your cup overflows.

⁶ Certainly, goodness and mercy will stay close to you all the days of your life,

    and You will remain in the Lord’s house for days without end.
